Will there be sin in the millenium?

Last night at the study we said that we believers will return and reign with Christ and there will no more sin. At least from us. But also that the devil will be around still for a time to tempt people. Now...who is he going to tempt if we are righteous...? According to David Jeremiah's blog he says children will be born during that time period and they will have the capacity for rebellion. They can make a personal decision for or against Christ. Just as the devil fights for our children now, he will fight for the children of the future during Christ's Millenial reign. It seems strange that anyone would rebel against Christ during this time, but history and our own personal experience shows us that we rebel against God despite knowing Him every day
